This first volume will explore foundational skills such as: composition, mark-making, colour-mixing, working from ‘life’, choosing the best equipment
and surfaces, developing your own style and looking at how to abstract visual elements from our studies.

As ever we’ll explore a wide range of drawing and painting media, including some basic Oil Painting techniques.
Our subjects will include figures in context, still-life, land and seascapes.
